The Client Portal is the secure way to engage with your therapist online so that you don't have to rely on email when sharing your sensitive information.  Once you have scheduled your first appointment with New Leaf Wellness Center, you will have access to the Client Portal where, you have flexibility to: 

 

  • Complete your intake forms in the privacy of your own home

  • Access your Notice of Privacy Practices, Informed Consent for Psychotherapy, and Practice Policies

  • Securely receive shared documents and files from your therapist

  • Update demographic information

  • Update credit card info

  • Receive Statements, Superbills, or Invoices without having to receive protected health information via an insecure email

  • Make payments and view your balance using through the Client Portal

  • Your sensitive data is hosted in a Tier 1 secure hosting provider specializing in helping healthcare organizations achieve and maintain HIPAA and HITRUST security requirements.
